2. Payment Terms

  • Plans are billed monthly or annually via our website or invoicing system.

  • Payments are due upfront unless otherwise agreed.

  • All fees are non-refundable once the billing cycle begins.

  • Failure to make timely payments may result in suspension or termination of services.

3. Client Responsibilities

  • You agree to provide all necessary documentation, access, and financial data to allow us to deliver accurate and timely bookkeeping services.

  • You are responsible for the accuracy and completeness of the information provided.

  • TrueWest Financial is not responsible for delays or errors resulting from missing, inaccurate, or delayed data.

4. Service Modifications

  • We reserve the right to modify, upgrade, or discontinue any aspect of our services with reasonable notice.

  • Plan upgrades may be requested at any time and will be billed accordingly.

  • Downgrades or cancellations require 7 days’ notice prior to the next billing cycle.

5. Confidentiality

All financial and personal information provided to us is treated as confidential and will not be shared with third parties except:

  • As necessary to perform our services

  • When required by law

  • With your explicit consent

6. Limitations of Service

  • We are not a CPA or legal firm and do not provide tax filing, legal advice, or financial audits.

  • Our services are designed to assist in financial recordkeeping and reporting; all final tax and financial decisions should be made in consultation with licensed professionals.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TrueWest Financial shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including lost profits, resulting from the use or inability to use our services.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate service at any time if you violate these Terms, fail to make payments, or engage in conduct harmful to our team or reputation.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, branding, graphics, and materials, is owned by TrueWest Financial and may not be reproduced without written permission.

10. Governing Law
